Gadar: Ek Prem Katha is a historical romantic drama set against the backdrop of the Partition of India in 1947. The story revolves around the love story between Tara Singh (played by Sunny Deol), a Sikh truck driver, and Sakina (played by Ameesha Patel), a Muslim woman. Despite the religious and social differences caused by the partition, Tara and Sakina fall in love and get married.

Gadar Part 2 : is ready within the backdrop of Indo-Pakistani war of 1971 and “overwhelm India” campaign. Tara Singh is now a goods supplier to the Indian military cantonment, and one night time, there may be a skirmish at the border wherein Tara Singh is going missing and is believed to be imprisoned in Pakistan. mastering this, Tara’s son, Charanjeet “Jeete” Singh, is going to store him, but receives imprisoned and tortured through Pakistani infantrymen under the orders of important trendy Hamid Iqbal.
